Executive Assistant

Brokers Central is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help keep important work moving forward.

About the Role

This is a high-trust role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment, managing follow-ups, coordinating communication, and making sure details do not fall through the cracks.

The right person will help manage email, calendar, follow-ups, task tracking, light marketing coordination, and communication with internal team members, advisors, clients, vendors, and business partners.

This role is primarily virtual, with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings at our office when helpful.
